Popup with Restaurant FRÖJ from Vasa at Umeå Smakfestival

A unique guest appearance when Restaurant FRÖJ from Vaasa makes a popup at the Umeå Smakfestival! Now there is a chance to book one of six sittings during Friday and Saturday 4-5/9. FRÖJ serves a four-course menu with the best that Ostrobothnia has to offer right now for only 650 SEK. Drinks can be purchased on site. FRÖJ will offer a non-alcoholic drink package with fantastic drinks that are adapted to the food. There is also a chance to buy wine, beer and cocktails via Facit bar on site. The sitting is about 2 hours.

About Restaurant FRÖJ
The highly accomplished chefs Mattias Åhman and Simon Selin are often described as pioneers of Ostrobothnian food culture; together with Michael Björklund and Anna Åhman, they run three restaurants in Vasa: FRÖJ, HEJM, and EIJN. Mattias, Simon and Anna are personally present in Umeå during these days.
This is how FRÖJ describes its philosophy: Our greatest dream is to offer truly high-quality food. Taking the finest of everything that sprouts in our Ostrobothnian fields and meadows and refining it into a unique taste experience with the help of influences from other cultures feels like a natural step for us. Dietary requirements
Please report any allergies and dietary requirements at least one week in advance to info(a)forfoodies.se, FRÖJ offers vegetarian options and it is also possible to arrange a gluten-free menu, but unfortunately not an egg- or milk-free menu this time. In case of other allergies, please send an email before booking and see what can be arranged. Please note that it is not possible to arrange special diets on site, so it must be booked in advance.

Outdoor under cover
Dinner is served at a seated table next to Visit Vasa's tent, dry and pleasant, but please bring an extra sweater if it is cold outside. We sit at a shared table with other guests.

Mobile ticket
When you have bought a ticket, you will immediately receive an email from forfoodies.se with a link to your ticket. If you click on the link on your mobile, you will see your ticket with info, times and how many people it applies to. If you don't get a ticket, start by looking in the junk folder. If you entered your mobile number with +46 when booking, you will also be sent an SMS with confirmation and a ticket link. You will also receive an email with a receipt for the payment from Payson/Svea Bank and an invoice if you chose that payment option - but it does not count as a ticket. If you have lost your ticket or thrown away the email with the confirmation, it is also among your orders if you log in to your account at forfoodies.se
