The chef prepares a three-course dinner over an open fire
Here our chef gets to shine right in front of the guests! Enjoy a really good dinner cooked over an open fire, in embers and smoke outside. This is a dinner out of the ordinary. If the weather is good and the season suitable, we sit outside, if the weather is worse, we let the chef work outside but we enjoy the food indoors. Here there is a chance to participate in the cooking, hang out with the chef and help or listen to the best tips on how to best prepare food outside.
Suitable for
A company that wants to invite its employees to a pleasant evening where you don't just sit still and eat, but get to move around a bit, learn something new and socialize in an easy way. It´s suitable after a conference day. Also nice for an association or group that wants to come up with something fun together. Liked by most people, but especially if you like being in nature and like good flavors.

From SEK 1195/person excl. VAT for at least 25 people. SEK 1495/person incl. VAT.

-Our own chef during the evening who prepares the food in front of us
-Dinner consisting of appetizers, preferably taken together with a pre-drink outside on arrival. Hot dishes cooked over an open fire, eaten outside or inside.
-Dessert that is also cooked over the fire.
-Access to the chef throughout the evening, ask for the best tips, be part of the cooking
-Swedish coffee prepared over fire
-The best water, from Umeå, which of course is for free

Not included
-Beverages. Non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased from us as desired, drinks with alcohol are purchased by yourself via Systembolaget. We are happy to advise on the best drinks to go with the food!

Music quiz
We fix a quiz with, for example, food-related questions that you compete in different groups, for example between dinner and dessert. From SEK 5,000 excl. VAT.
Other suggestions could be a cocktail course, wine tasting, DJ, musical entertainment etc. Ask for our creative suggestions!
