Försäljningsvillkoren gäller det som beställs via och arrangeras* av företaget Mat och Event Umeå AB, org nr: 556971-7597, nedan kallad säljare, och kunden, nedan kallad köpare. Dessa villkor börjar gälla då köparen ingår avtal med säljaren genom att göra en biljettbeställning via

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to make typographical errors.

Payment terms
Betalning av produkter beställda från sker via Svea Bank AB (publ) org. nr 556158–7634. Om du gör en beställning till en grupp eller företag via mail eller telefon avtalas vilka villkor som gäller vid just den beställningen.

Exchanges, repurchases and canceled events

En bokning kan ångras fram till dess att betalning har skett, som betalning räknas även om alternativet ”Faktura” valts och fakturan ännu inte har hunnit förfalla. Distansavtalslagens regler om ångerrätt gäller ej vid köp av evenemangsbiljetter om näringsidkaren tillhandahåller tjänsten på en bestämd dag eller under en bestämd tidsperiod, 2 kap. 11 § distansavtalslagen. När betalning har skett är köparen därför bunden av sitt köp, om inte annat anges i dessa villkor eller följer av tillämplig lag. Köpt biljett kan inte ombokas, avbokas eller på annat sätt lösas in med undantag för om evenemanget ställs in. Köparen skall i dessa fall senast en (1) månad från evenemangsdatumet då evenemanget skulle ha varit, meddela säljaren sitt anspråk på återbetalning. Om så inte sker har köparen ej rätt till återbetalning. Detta gäller både vid inställt evenemang och i de fall då biljett makulerats och köparen har haft rätt till återbetalning. Vid inställt arrangemang återbetalas ej eventuella service- och distributionsavgifter. Borttappad biljett ersätts ej. Köparen ansvarar själv att via kontrollera att evenemanget ej är inställd eller flyttat.

Biljetterna är inte personliga och går att sälja eller ge bort till någon annan. Det är köparens ansvar att förmedla biljetten vidare via t ex mail och se till att personen som ska nyttja biljetten har den info som behövs för att kunna delta i evenemanget, t ex att biljetten ska uppvisas i mobilen och vilka tider och andra villkor som gäller. Inga namnändringar, ändringar av antal deltagare eller liknande kan göras.

Force Majeure
The seller is not responsible for damage or loss caused due to obstacles that are beyond the seller's reasonable control. The seller is further exempted from damages and other penalties if the fulfillment of the seller's obligation under the agreement is hindered by a circumstance that the seller could not reasonably control or anticipate, and the consequences of which the seller could not reasonably avoid or overcome. Examples of such circumstances may be war, government intervention, public regulations and restrictions, unrest, restrictions on energy supply, labor market disruptions or bans.

If a circumstance of the above kind occurs, the time for the seller's performance is advanced until the obstacle has been removed. If performance is prevented as described above for more than three months, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the agreement without liability for damages or liability for damage or loss.

Changes in the general terms and conditions
The seller has the right to change the content of these general terms and conditions at any time.

Application of the agreement
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of this Agreement shall remain in effect. Swedish law shall be applied in the interpretation and application of the agreement. Any dispute shall be settled with Umeå District Court as the first instance.

*Tickets for events arranged by another party
For ordering tickets and booking events that are made via but not arranged by us, other conditions may apply to the ticket. See the respective ticket for current conditions such as cancellation and repurchase. The conditions that are shown when purchasing the ticket and that all buyers must confirm that they accept are always the ones that apply to the purchased ticket. The terms in the texts above and adjacent, however, refer to our own arrangements.

How do we process your personal data?

What information do we collect?

Information we need for your purchase
You can directly or indirectly give us information about yourself in a number of different ways. This can be, for example, personal and contact information such as name, date of birth, social security number, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.

Information we save for your ticket
When you use our services, the following information may be collected:
Personal and contact information; name, date of birth, social security number, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.

Information and details regarding your order
Device information; eg IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone, operating system, platform and screen resolution
Geographical information, ie your geographical location

How is the information used?
The information we receive is used, regardless of whether it is personal, demographic, collective or technical information, for the purpose of administering and executing the order and answering any questions you may have.

We do not disclose personal or other personal information or combined personal and demographic information to any external party, except in the following situations:

How long is the personal data stored?
We store your personal information only for as long as is necessary to carry out all obligations towards you as a customer, maintain basic after-purchase service and as long as required by statutory storage times.

Personal information provided in connection with an order for tickets is stored by us for a maximum of 12 months before it is permanently deleted. This is done in order to be able to handle any complaints and service matters and for us to be able to fulfill our commitments according to the purchase agreement.

Your rights to correct, delete, etc. of your personal data
-You can request a copy of the information you wish to take part in and verify the information we have about you.
-You have the right to rectification. You have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself.
-You have the right to be deleted, "the right to be forgotten"
-You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations or contractual obligations for us that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your data.
You have the right to limitation of treatment. In some cases, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Restriction means that the data is marked so that in the future it may only be processed for certain limited purposes.
