Early in the autumn, the roe grains are the smallest. The roe grains then get bigger and bigger, what is tastiest is probably most taste and liking, but it is exciting at least when it premieres and you can buy fresh chicory directly from the fisherman.<\/p>\n<p>Here in Obbola, Salteriet has a fish shop that is open a little now and then, look on the web for their current opening hours. They mainly sell self-caught fish such as salmon, whitefish, perch and also various dishes and other goodies that are suitable. In the summer there is a caf\u00e9 on the pier where you can eat their good dishes.
