Umeå Smakpromenad kväll 19/11

Taste walk with five stops at various eateries in central Umeå.

Nyhet med Umeå Smakpromenad kväll! Hittills har vi bara kört våra vanliga smakpromenader på lördag em, nu testar vi en kväll mitt i veckan. Vi besöker fyra restauranger och äter en smakportion på varje ställe. Du kanske inte blir proppmätt som en hel middag men får testa nya smaker och såklart går det att köpa till mer mat om du fortfarande är hungrig på sista stället. Drycker köper du själv till, finns med och utan alkohol och på hel- eller halvglas.

Smakpromenaden startar kl 17 och du ska ha hunnit äta upp senast kl 21 på sista stället, då stänger nämligen en del men vill du stanna kvar efter 21 går det såklart att fråga personalen om de har öppet längre och det är ok att sitta kvar. Du går i den turordning som visas i biljetten senast dagen före men kan starta när du vill, du behöver alltså inte starta prick kl 17, det kommer inte vara några problem att hinna besöka alla ställen under kvällen även om du startar t ex kl 18. Tänk bara på att sista portionen mat serveras kl 20:30 för att alla ska hinna klart till kl 21.

Mobile ticket
When you have bought a ticket, you will immediately receive an email from forfoodies.se with a link to your ticket. If you click on the link on your mobile, you will see your ticket with info, times and how many people it applies to. There you will also see the three restaurants with a coupon for each that the staff marks as used when you have received your tasting portion. Schedule and times
You visit each place according to a predetermined order that you see in your ticket at the latest the day before the event. You decide how long you stay at each place, but the tickets are only valid for the duration of the walk. Observera att sista rätten därför serveras kl 20:30. Vill du stanna kvar på något ställe efter kl 21 så fråga personalen om det går och de har öppet längre. Är ni ett sällskap som vill gå ihop men har gjort olika bokningar? We cannot guarantee that requests that come in later will be fulfilled, but in that case the order of turn on the ticket applies.

What we eat and possible dietary requirements
The food varies and we hope you have a great experience on the tour! Sometimes it's something simple that can be eaten with your hands and sometimes it's something more cooked. If you want a vegetarian option, ask the staff, most places offer a vegetarian option. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to adapt the taste portions to different allergies or other dietary requirements, but ask when you are there if the restaurant can adapt the dish and they will do it if they can.

Many guests in the same group?
Unfortunately, we cannot promise that everyone can sit at a common table if you are a larger group, this applies regardless of whether you have a joint ticket or book separate tickets. But of course the restaurant does what they can to place you as close to each other as possible!
